Design leader, with over 20 years experience crafting programs, strategies, systems and projects for Fortune 50 brands and major universities. I’ve been building and leading in-house teams for the past 7 years, and focused these last 3 years on the development and scale of Enterprise Design Thinking.
Design Adoption Framework, IBM Services
I lead the development and delivery of the Design Adoption Framework. The framework (based on IBM’s model of People + Practices + Places) is an approach to helping companies adopt human-centered design practices, organization-wide, enabling outstanding user experiences and repeatable outcomes at scale.
I started as the offering Strategy Lead, delivering on the first design adoption client engagement with AT&T. I subsequently took over leadership of the offering, built the offering Playbook, and crafted the offering bill of materials. I’m currently focused on client engagements and enabling design leaders at IBM Studios worldwide in the delivery of client design adoption.
