Design Adoption Framework, IBM Services
I led the development and delivery of the Design Adoption Framework. As part of the Practices Team at IBM Design, I mentored design team leads, educated early career and industry new hires and created systems to articulate and improve the practice of design at a global scale. This included contributions to the creation of IBM Design Thinking (now known as Enterprise Design Thinking) and the Practice of User Experience Design.
